We are looking for a Construction Office Assistant to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Office Operations.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for Answering the phone for new customer inquires, Existing Customer service, Permitting duties with local building departments, Daily Bookkeeping duties, job cost reports, Invoicing accounts receivable, Posts of jobs in progress photos and videos through our Builder Trend program Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the office Oversee Ensure that all Manage budgets for all types of construction (i.
e.
, planning ahead, managing expenses, managing subcontractors) Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure that all agreements are being followed Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure that all agreements are being followed Ensure that the job is completed on time and within budget Ensure that the job site Identify opportunities to improve efficiency or process in order to ensure a smooth running operation Oversee daily Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the industry (preferred) Proven experience in managing budgets (preferred) Experience in managing subcontractors (preferred) Experience in using MS Office (preferred) Experience in using Construction Management software (preferred) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (preferred) Strong organizational skills with a proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously (preferred) Job Types:
