Developing corporate plans for a variety of HR matters and overseeing and working on all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics.
Ensures the policies and guidelines are in accordance with all OSHA Regulations, Food safety practices, State Health and Alcohol Codes, Labor Law Regulations (OSHA, FMLA, FLSA, WC) and Big Claw policies and procedures.
Roles and
Responsibilities:
Thorough understanding of Human Resources Informational Systems.
Familiarity with full cycle recruiting, to ensure the recruiting process runs smoothly.
Reviewing Workstream for applicants and setting up interviews Ensure onboarding paperwork is within federal and state guidelines and is fully completed by candidates and hiring managers.
Review weekly payroll and process and ensuring adjustments / updates are processed.
Ability to manage Employee Relations (Employee Concern, Issues, Coaching and upward mobility)
